Online MD-IDEX appointment maker
Prepare today for performing sessions in September
Appointments for the MD-IDEX sessions must be made online, using our user-friendly, secured system on http://www.mdidex-eptda.org (accessible as from September 5). In order to become familiar with the online MD-IDEX appointment maker, visit our “Web tutorial” section.
Secured access
Access to the EPTDA MD-IDEX online appointment maker is password protected. Each participating company will receive one set of access codes – username and password – to enter their private area, schedule appointments with other companies and download their agenda.
Distributors
Participating distributors will have the possibility to book, during one week, up to seven 25-minute appointments with the participating manufacturers.
Manufacturers
Participating manufacturers will access the booking tool during one week to set up five 25-minute appointments with the participating distributors.
Common session
After both individual booking sessions, a common session will allow each participating company - distributors and manufacturers alike - to fill in their blank agenda slots by scheduling appointments with other available companies.
Guidelines
Appointments must be made within a specific span of time (calendar) through the dedicated online MD-IDEX appointment maker. After these specific booking sessions, the set appointments can not be changed.
Cancellations by the "inviting" company are only possible during the allocated booking session. The invited company may not refuse an appointment made by the requesting company.
