In the past few years, the EPTDA Golf Tournament has become a highly attractive programme feature for business executives attending the annual conventions of the EPTDA. Combining leisure and social networking, the EPTDA Golf Tournament generates additional opportunities to develop exclusive professional, as well as personal, relationships.
This year’s tournament in Portugal will take place on Tuesday, 25 September 2012, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, at one of Europe’s most renowned golf venues: the Penha Longa golf resort. The Atlantic course, which has been reserved for EPTDA convention delegates, is an 18-hole, par 72, championship course of 6,290 metres, offering a challenging playing field and breathtaking views over the ocean, with Estoril and Cascais to the south and the Sintra hills to the north. Penha Longa’s Atlantic golf course has hosted numerous competitions including the Portuguese Open. The prestigious IAGTO meeting was held at Penha Longa in December 2004. Handicap limit: 28 (men) and 26 (women).
The golf trophy will be officially presented to the winner during the EPTDA Annual Business Meeting on Thursday, 27 September 2012.
