Getting warmed up to Lisbon already? Join us to discover the charms of this hidden treasure, as we bring you a remarkable collection of memorable experiences.
With its heart and soul in the Mediterranean and a history linked to the Atlantic, Lisbon is one of Europe’s most intriguing cities, enjoying a dramatic, mythical setting on seven hills that stretch along the banks of the River Tagus. Lisbon outdates other modern European capitals such as London, Paris and Rome by hundreds of years. The city from where the great explorers set off to discover new continents in the 15th century is still as visionary and as cosmopolitan today; its monuments and stunning architecture are now the backdrop to vibrant creativity, culture and business.
Ideally located by the ocean, this westernmost European capital enjoys a Mediterranean climate with a typical summer season lasting about six months, from May to October, and among the warmest winters in Europe. The almost constant presence of sunshine illuminates the city and its unique architecture and artistic features.
A wide array of enticing experiences, excellent golf courses and beaches await you, all close at hand. While history is very much alive in centuries-old Lisbon, the city’s spirit is undeniably youthful. Visitors can simply enjoy the pure pleasure of being in the Portuguese capital, through its gastronomy, luxury hotels, spas and shopping centres. For nighthawks, the fun continues until dawn!
Whilst we do our utmost to ensure that these tours live up to your expectations, we hope you understand that the EPTDA cannot be held accountable for any cancellation(s) of the programme(s), caused by external factors beyond its control and/or responsibility.
